We are farmers, raising dairy ewes and producing farmhouse ewe's milk cheese and olive oil. Our farm store is open every day from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The Chèvrerie de Condi goat farm

Florence Gaigne started farming in 2010 and manages a herd of around 40 Alpine goats. She uses the milk to make cheese, which she markets via short distribution channels, with most sold directly at the farm.
