Ferme La Jasse de Durbi
We are farmers, raising dairy ewes and producing farmhouse ewe's milk cheese and olive oil. Our farm store is open every day from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Fromagerie d'Albion (cheese dairy) - Aux Goûts Tendres
The Fromagerie d'Albion offers raw milk goat's and ewe's milk cheeses such as the famous Banon and at the same time organic products from their aromatic and medicinal plant garden "Aux Goûts Tendres" (jams, herbal teas, syrups...).
La Chèvrerie des Fontaines
Small family-run farm with around 30 Alpine chamois and Provençal goats. Open from March to November on Wednesdays and Fridays, and Fridays only in December. Then on order from January to February.

Family breeding of goats (Roves and Provençales) and ewes (Thônes and Marthod) that graze all year round.
La Malautière goat farm
Our farm of 45 Alpine goats, located at the foot of Mont Ventoux, employs sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices. Our farm cheeses are produced entirely from our goats' milk and moulded in the traditional way.
Les chèvres de St Jean
Direct selling of cheese every day from 3:30 - 7:00 pm except on Tuesdays and Sundays. On market at Sault every Wednesday morning from March to November.
The Chèvrerie de Condi goat farm
Florence Gaigne started farming in 2010. She has 40 Alpine goats. She makes cheese from all of the milk they produce and sells all of it in a short circuit, with most sold directly at the farm.
