Tourist service in Mornas :
Florence Gaigne started farming in 2010 and manages a herd of around 40 Alpine goats. She uses the milk to make cheese, which she markets via short distribution channels, with most sold directly at the farm.
She has a stall at three markets each week: Monday morning in Piolenc, Friday morning in Bollène and Saturday morning in Mornas. Sold at the farm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5 pm to 7 pm from March to December
