Tourist service in Violès :

The distillery ads every year a new spirits to its collection. You can now find eaux de vie from grape Provence, Châteauneuf-du-Pape or Gigondas marc ; Pear Williams Eau de vie ; or grape kernel oil. The expanded liquors range leaves nothing to be desired, whether you are a wine love, or a curious visitor. There is furthermore a little museum describing the history of the distillery.

Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Closed for one week in May (May 23 to 29, 2022), July 15 and August (August 1 to 7, 2022). Closed on public holidays.
