The Silvain family invites you to come and find out about the nougat production process all year round thanks to its free tours. In 2016, the company was labelled "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" ('Living Heritage Company') for its traditional craft and excellence.

- Tour (duration approximately 45 mins), to find out about the family history, see nougat being made, taste a large range of their products. (Prior booking for groups)

• Welcome and watch a slide show (F/GB/D)
• Discover the nougat production process with explanations, followed by a tasting
• Free access to shop

- Tour times:

July and August: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:15 am.
February to June and September to December: Wednesdays at 10:15 am.
Closed every year in January
Prior booking necessary for groups of 10 or more and for all visits outside of these times.

- Tea room (in July and August ice cream served too)
- Accessible for people with reduced mobility
