Located right in the heart of Carpentras, Serge Clavel offers tours of his workshop lasting around 1 hour. This passionate artisan confectioner reveals to visitors the history of the Carpentras Berlingot and how it is made, from glazing to candied fruit.
These tours take place by prior reservation for groups of between 10 (minimum) and 50 (maximum) people.
In the shop, a large selection of sweets is on offer, from Berlingots to candied fruit.
In summer, Serge Clavel makes artisan ice cream to take away or enjoy on the terrace.
