Enjoy the beauty of the landscape at Carole, Alain and Aimé's! Explore the family-run business with them on a tour of the olive groves and mill, finishing on a high note with a tasting of their oils and olives.

Explore this olive and wine farm, where you will discover how and why they went from producers to processors of their own products. Their shop, set in the mill, offers a view of the entire olive-pressing process. Guided tours are organised all year round to learn how Nyons AOP olive oil is made. In summer, on reservation, you can enjoy a stroll through the olive groves before a tasting session to understand how the beauty of the landscape is reflected in the flavour of their products!
