Tourist service in Caromb :
Olive oil of Provence – a story of passion : boutique, tasting, guided tour (max 30 people).
The mill was founded in 1870, and its millstones have been turning constantly for the past 145 years, extracting oil from the olives grown around Mont Ventoux. Oil from this mill regularly wins medals at national and regional shows.

July & August: 9 am to 12 noon and 3 to 6 pm
November to February: 9 am to 12 noon and 2 to 6 pm, Mondays to Saturdays
