In a cave below the ramparts of Cucuron, at the foot of the Luberon mountains in Provence, you will find one of the region’s typical oil mills. It has survived the vagaries of time and human activity since the 12th century.
- Guided tour of an olive oil press still in operation, set up in cellars hollowed out from the rock.

- The mill shop is open all year round (selling olives, oil, and objects) from 10 am to 12:30 pm and 3:15 to 6 pm (7 pm in summer) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Closed Wednesdays and Sundays.

- Groups by appointment: 30 people maximum. Anyone who has a few kilos of olives can bring their harvests to be processed and returned as an equivalent amount of oil.
