As a truffle chef, I want to share my truffle recipes with others in order to help them appreciate fresh truffles and the different ways of cooking and preserving them.

Truffle weekends: "Knowing and cooking the truffle" allows you to discover the truffle in its environment, to confront theory and reality by visiting the truffle fields and discovering the basic principles of cooking with truffles. And savour Haute Provence in the winter with its blue skies, clear light and crisp, cold weather.

Truffle days: A day of discovery in the field, with a "special truffle" lunch. Visit the truffle field, theoretical and practical presentation on the truffle. Comments on lunch recipes.
