The oldest artisanal candied fruit factory shop, in the Luberon area.
A respectful holder of a tradition, whose greatness has been preserved over time, the factory was created by his father, Mr Marcel Richaud, in 1947. Having been exposed to the profession since birth, it was only natural that his son decided to succeed to his father, trying to maintain the love of a well-done profession.
They provided for direct consumption Candied fruit (pre-packaged), glazed candied fruit (packaged in boxes or in beautifully-made baskets), candied fruit calissons, fruit pastries, chocolate candied fruit.
