Robert Florent, a truffle grower by vocation, organises truffle discovery outings.
- Demonstration of cavage (truffle hunting) in the wild, accompanied by his truffle dog named ‘Perle’.
- Afterwards, participants are invited for a wine tasting and tastings of toast with truffles at La Bastide de Clovis, his estate in Gordes which is listed as one of the ‘Most Beautiful Villages in France'.
- Sale of truffles and products made with truffles.
