As owners of a small farm, we have worked outside to maintain and develop it. Jean has travelled the region, selecting and marking olive trees for our orchard. Over the course of 35 years, he has planted 1,300 olive trees, creating a unique conservatory, the source of a well-balanced olive oil appreciated by connoisseurs. Our olives, picked and sorted by hand between mid-October and mid-December, offer a fruity flavour with hints of artichoke and fresh almond. During the holidays and on weekends, we organise Apéros-calèches (horse-drawn carriage ride followed by an aperitif) in collaboration with Cavalino Mistrau, on reservation. Come and taste our extra virgin olive oil, certified by Laboratoire LARCO in Suze-la-Rousse. We look forward to welcoming you!
