L'Oulo is ranked "MAITRE RESTAURATEUR" (Master Chef) a title awarded due to the freshly-prepared, quality cuisine. Most of our vegetables and herbs are grown in our own gardens. All year long, we work with the spelt grown in Sault. Menus change with the seasons. Plus our “surprise” menus which are inspired by your tastes. We make and bake our own bread.

Richard Bagnol and Frédéric Maillaud, disciples of Auguste Escoffier (an international association for transmission and development of cooking) propose original, creative cuisine that is flavourful and delicious. Total pleasure for the eyes, the sense of smell and the taste buds - such is the guiding light for the chefs at L'Oulo. Visit the vegetable gardens with the Chef if you like - just ask. The title of 'Maître Restaurateur' is well-deserved! Look for a lovely old farm on the edge of the village of Mazan. Lots of parking, a shady terrace for outdoor dining.
