This square tower was built on order of the Hospitallers of Saint John of Jerusalem. The three levels of the tower contain magnificent frescoes from the 13th Century.
The Ferrande Tower is located at the heart of the historical centre of Pernes-les-Fontaines. A real-life comic book of history, the frescoes recount the story of the conquest of Sicily by Charles d’Anjour – truly a unique monument that cannot be missed!
