In an unique natural environment at the Mont Ventoux right in the centre of Brantes, a hilltop village near Mont Ventoux, the brilliant duo of Odile and Laurie have formed the ‘Aventurières du Goût’ (Taste Adventuresses).
These two passionate ladies combine their culinary talent and wide-ranging knowledge of nature and plants. They host a twice-weekly workshop which begins with a stroll to collect ingredients which include wild and edible plants. This plant harvesting will be used as the basis for the cookery workshop. The workshop ends with a delicious lunch on the terrace with panorama view onto the Mont Ventoux.
