The André Boyer de Sault company in Provence is one of the oldest firms in the Vaucluse, whose values have been upheld since 1887.
André Boyer, master nougat maker since 1887, is a company that meticulously follows its original recipes for white nougat, black nougat, macaroons, small spelt biscuits, calissons and old-fashioned marshmallows.
These very authentic products are made traditionally in our factories at Sault, halfway between Mont Ventoux and the Luberon, using rigorously selected products: honey made from lavender gathered on the slopes of Mont Ventoux, and regionally grown almonds.
