Nalys is a very historical, old wine estate which benefits from outstanding terroir which has sandy soils, galet and safre ... The views over Châteauneuf du Pape and Mont-Ventoux are simply stunning.
A little history on Domaine de Nalys! For the estate was already referred to in written documents from the 17th century. Vines were cultivated here by 7 generations of the same family up until the French Revolution. It was taken over and expanded with great care and talent by Doctor Dufays until 1975. Today, Domaine de Nalys is one of the rare wine estates of approximately 50 hectares to grow all of the red and white varietals authorised by the
A.O.C Châteauneuf du Pape.
