In Monieux in the very heart of Ventoux, come and discover the Rabasse (the black truffle): a photo exhibition, objects to better discover its history, its origins, its harvesting methods and its encounter with the culinary arts. Activities on the subject of the truffle.

In this corner of Provence, the Mount Ventoux region, the truffle beds produce the famous black truffle. A new space is now dedicated to it in a beautiful building in the village of Monieux.Objects and documents related to digging as well as documents on the brotherhoods are exhibited in the display cases. Thanks to the poly-sensory table, you can understand the texture and aroma of the Tuber melanosporum.The shop space is reserved for the sale of truffle based products, of books, and wines from the Terraventoux wine cellar.
Educational panels in English, German, Spanish, Italian. A space is reserved for the exhibition of paintings by the Provençal painter, Daniel Mathieu.
