Xavier Mathieu, a Michelin-starred chef with a very refined touch, offers Provençal cookery classes.
A chef will often reach maturity only after many years of experience. Xavier Mathieu possesses the kind of creative genius that gives his cooking irresistible ebullience. He goes back to his roots to create a highly personal cuisine, drawing on this unique terroir.
The cookery class lasts half a day. Six dishes are prepared around each theme chosen. During the meal, a sommelier will instruct participants in the art of pairing wine with food.
