Cookery and pâtisserie-making lessons.
This is a marvellous chance to benefit from the experience of a Chef acclaimed as a “Maître Cuisinier de France”. In his traditional kitchen, he will teach you his techniques, clever tips and little secrets to improve your cooking. You can then produce dishes that will utterly delight your guests!
After preparing a complete menu together, you join the Chef at table to sample your dishes, beautifully set off by wines from our magnificent region.
- Pâtisserie-making morning: 9.30 am to 12.30
You make pâtisseries based on the given theme, and take away a portion of each type that’s made, to eat at home.
- Cookery lessons: 9.30 am to 2.30 pm, or in the evening, depending on the programme
9.15 am – Pierre Paumel welcomes you to his Atelier Gourmand ("Good food workshop")
9.30 am – You prepare a menu based on the theme you’ve chosen from our calendar.
11 am – Break for apéritif
12.30 – Lunch/tasting session at the Chef's table, served with wines from the Rhône Valley
2.30 pm – End of class
